We are a conglomerate with extensive interests in the Food Sector - flour milling, pasta production; Agribusiness - fertilizer blending, mechanized farming; Logistics- Haulage fleet, Port Terminal Operations; Packaging- polypropylene sacks and flexi wrap production; Construction – properties, cement manufacturing and bulk cement bagging.
We are expanding capacities and product/process lines in these sectors as well as extending frontiers into other sectors.
We require the services of qualified, experienced and dynamic candidates with proven track record for the following positions:
Customer Relation Manager Ref: “CRM 10”Responsibilities Responsible for building and sustaining long lasting relationships with customers, handling customer complaints, training and managing of customer service team members and ensuring that customer service standards are met. Participate in the planning and execution of customer events. Ensure that detailed and structured processes in handling customers are delivered.
Qualification Minimum of Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma.
5 0' leve1 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
Experience Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a high volume sales and ERP environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate ability to maintain records and documentation.
The Person Calm, amiable and empathetic individual with good communication and coordination skills. Successful candidate must also possess good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
