Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Delivery and Pickup:

• Transporting items to and from specified locations while adhering to delivery schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Ensuring that their motorcycle or vehicle is in good working condition and reporting any issues.

Record Keeping:

• Maintaining accurate delivery logs and documenting any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.

Customer Service:

• Interacting with clients and ensuring that deliveries are completed satisfactorily.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Communication:

• Coordinating with dispatch teams and reporting on delivery statuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Rider Card and a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery or logistics is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
