Job Title: Cybersecurity Facilitator

Role Overview

• We are seeking a passionate and dynamic cybersecurity Facilitator to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful digital learning experiences to students and educators across various platforms.
• You will work closely with our curriculum development team to facilitate courses on information systems, security systems, information technology, cyber defense ethics law and policy with related courses aligned with Linepoint’s educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate online and in-person digital literacy, coding workshops for students and educators.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and adapt educational materials for different audiences.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance the delivery of instructional content.
• Engage with students, educators, and stakeholders to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital education and integrate innovative practices into the facilitation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields.
• Proven experience in digital instruction, facilitation, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Python, Scratch) information technology and other related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to empowering young people through technology.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working in a non-profit or educational organization.
• Certification in instructional design or digital education.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
