Job Title: Event Ticketing, Raffle Draw, and Exhibitor Lead - Adron Games 2024

Location: Lagos / Ibadan Oyo
Employment Type: Contract (2 months)

Job Description

• The Event Ticketing, Raffle Draw, and Exhibitor Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event ticket sales, managing the raffle draw, and sourcing vendors and exhibitors for Adron Games 2024.
• This role involves ensuring smooth ticketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Secure sponsorships from relevant brands and organizations.
• Attend events (min. 20/month) for networking and pitching.
• Develop and execute sponsorship proposals and presentations.
• Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with sponsors.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and content creation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sponsorship sales/marketing.
• Proven track record of securing sponsorships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for event functions and sales operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
