Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective marketing plans tailored to promote the clinic's services, including diagnostic tests, health packages, wellness programs, and specialized treatments.
• Develop and maintain the clinic’s brand image, ensuring it is aligned with the values and objectives of the clinic.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote the clinic's services.
• Design and promote seasonal or event-based health packages (e.g., heart check-up packages for World Heart Day and cancer screening campaigns during awareness months).
• Ensure follow-up on inquiries and patient feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand patient needs, emerging healthcare trends, and competitor services.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers for partnership opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with healthcare regulations and advertising standards.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to management on their effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on laboratory performance, operational challenges, and successes.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
