Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• As our Finance Manager you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the organization's financial health and supporting decision-making processes.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial principle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s goals, Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks, Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvement. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead the annual budgeting process and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for business planning. Prepare presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 / Month.
