Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store
- Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets
- Ensure staff adhere to company policy
- Training of staff members
- Inspecting inventory shipments
- Resolving customer complaints
- Collaborate with branch Manager to achieve goals & objectives
- Must possess leadership and people management skill.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
