Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketers to join our marketing team.
• The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, building relationships, and driving sales through face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
• This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, possess excellent communication skills, and are motivated by achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies by engaging directly with potential clients in various locations.
• Create awareness and promote Lightheights Global Services' offerings to prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in field marketing or direct sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
• Familiarity with Lagos markets and customer base is an added advantage.
