Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our residential maintenance team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential properties, ensuring all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential buildings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting, power distribution, and other electrical systems in homes.
- Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Document and maintain records of all electrical maintenance activities.
- Assist with energy efficiency projects and recommendations for residential properties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in residential maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in homes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
