Job Description

• we are seeking to employ a highly skilled HR Officer to join their team.
• As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the overall employee experience.
• Your expertise will help drive effective HR operations, enhance workforce productivity, and contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
• Developing training and development programs.
• Assisting the performance management processes.
• Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

Requirement

• B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong people management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• The Candidate should be organized, with 2-3 years of proven experience in human resources management with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in the construction industry is highly encouraged to apply.

Salary
N130,000 - N170,000 / month.
