We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Time: 9am (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities
- Call customers whose loan payment are overdue
- Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.
- Guide customers on various payment procedures.
- Ensure accurate reports on payment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SSCE Certification.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have an Android Smartphone with atleast 3gb ram.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
