We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pool Attendant

Locations: Anambra and Ekiti

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area, including loungers, towels, and surrounding spaces.
• Monitor pool activity to ensure safety and adherence to all regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, answering questions and fulfilling requests promptly.
• Assist guests with poolside amenities, including food and beverage orders.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, promoting a positive guest experience.
• Perform regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the lifeguard team to ensure a safe swimming environment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or pool-related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Knowledge of pool safety regulations and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
