Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 0-1year experience.
• Must be able to speak Hausa fluently and be willing to visit clients across northern states.

Salary
N80,000 - 100,000 monthly.
