Job Summary

• As our HR Manager, you will be developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to enhance business performance, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector.
• Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure they reflect current laws and best practices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and industry-specific regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and relevant certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 Monthly.
