Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
