Job Title: B2B Food Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Caterer, Chef, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Culinary training or certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina to manage the demands of food preparation and event service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• 3+ Plus Years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)
• Catering Management Experience
• Restaurant Management knowledge
• Manages all support functions (i.e. rosters, restockings, maintenance and Inventory-Links)
• Assists Chef with employee relations
• Abiliy to learn and train others on all aspects of the FC Kitchen Operations
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
