Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Officer to join our team in the migration industry.
• The ideal candidate will provide legal support and guidance on matters related to immigration, compliance, and international regulations. 

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on immigration policies, procedures, and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to immigration services.
• Review and oversee client immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure that all migration services are delivered in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed and practicing attorney with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations, both local and international.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities and clients.
• High ethical standards, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
