Job Summary

• We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Supervisor.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service, smooth functioning, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Oversee room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in managing hotel inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Prepare reports on hotel operations, occupancy, and performance for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and hotel operations efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and front desk operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
