Job Summary

• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Attendants, helping us create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• SSCE or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
