IFGREEN also processes cassava into industrial raw materials like HQCF (High-Quality Cassava Flour) and Food-Grade Starch.HQCF andPremium Quality Food-Grade Starchare raw materials for breweries, bakeries, beverage industries, paper manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of adhesives, textile manufacturing companies, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Epe, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for Production Supervisor whose duties include but not limited to overseeing daily routine production activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Including (but not limited to) the following tasks:

• Supporting the Production Manager and covering for them ad hoc
• Training and mentoring new production team members
• Supervising and overseeing the production team, including assigning and delegating tasks as appropriate
• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company
• Adapting project workflow confidently and decisively when necessary
• Communicating expectations to production team members
• Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
• Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
• Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
• Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Agricultural Science or others
• A minimum of 2-5 years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing organization
• Knowledge of production supervisor inmanufacturing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
