Job Summary
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s facilities and infrastructure.
- You will oversee maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency, contributing to a conducive learning environment for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the school's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Ensure regular maintenance and repairs are carried out to keep the school infrastructure in optimal condition.
- Manage service contracts, vendors, and external contractors to maintain facilities and meet safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement policies for facility management and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support school events, including logistics and resource management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably within an educational or institutional setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Proven experience in maintaining facilities to meet safety and operational standards.
- Strong leadership and time management abilities.
- Certification in Facility Management or related credentials is an added advantage.
