Job Summary

• As our Head of Corporate/Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the bank's corporate and commercial banking business.
• The role involves the development and execution of strategies aimed at fostering relationships with large corporate and commercial entities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of world-class banking services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate and Commercial Banking teams in identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies to drive business expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities within the corporate/commercial space, targeting high-value clients and industries.
• Ensure the commercial banking unit meets its profitability targets, balancing revenue generation with effective cost management.
• Ensure all operations are in full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking
• Extensive experience managing large corporate accounts and commercial clients.

Salary

• Negotiable.
