Job Description

• As our Partnership Manager in the Retail and SME Banking division, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the bank’s product and service offerings for retail and SME clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities that enhance the bank’s retail and SME offerings.
• Track and analyze the performance of partnership-driven initiatives, ensuring that revenue and customer targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities that enhance the bank’s retail and SME offerings.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and risk teams to ensure smooth implementation and management of partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related field from a reputable institution,MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or retail/SME banking.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing successful partnerships.
