Job Description

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Sales Manager in the Real Estate Sector to help us expand our clientele.
• You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry leaders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Create and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals and opportunities.
• Set and achieve growth targets for the company.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or related role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Experience in multiple facets of real estate (e.g., residential, commercial, property management).
• Established network within the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis.

Salary & Benefits
N150,000 monthly, commission, and other benefit.
