Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and analytical SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website, driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing our online visibility.
• The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEO best practices, current trends, and tools for boosting our website’s performance in search results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content strategy and uncover new opportunities for organic growth
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search engine rankings (on-page SEO)
• Develop and execute link-building strategies and outreach campaigns (off-page SEO)
• Perform SEO audits of websites, identifying issues and providing actionable recommendations for improvement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across all digital platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the SEO landscape
• Work with the technical team to optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies (if applicable) for improving visibility in specific geographic areas
• Drive efforts to increase the number and quality of backlinks to the company’s site

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Expert or SEO Specialist
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO optimization
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO and knowledge of Google My Business
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices
• Experience with paid search and knowledge of how SEO and SEM integrate
• Knowledge of international SEO strategies, including hreflang and multi-language site optimization
• Experience with A/B testing and split testing for performance optimization
