Job Title: Chief Dealer, Treasury

Job Description

• As our Chief Dealer you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the trading of financial instruments, ensuring effective liquidity management, and supporting the company’s overall financial strategy.
• This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on trading performance, risk exposure, and market conditions to senior management and the board of directors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all trading activities in the treasury department, including foreign exchange, money market instruments, and fixed income securities.
• Ensure optimal liquidity levels are maintained, monitoring cash flow and forecasting future liquidity needs.
• Identify and assess market risks, developing strategies to mitigate exposure while maximizing returns.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform trading decisions, staying abreast of economic trends, interest rate changes, and geopolitical events.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations or trading, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful trading strategies and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
