Job Title: Partnership Manager, Public Sector

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Description 

• As our Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with public sector organizations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact, driving collaboration, and achieving shared goals. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align partnership strategies with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with government agencies, non-profits, and other public sector entities to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering collaboration.
• Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Conduct research and analysis of trends in the public sector to identify opportunities for new partnerships and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, relationship management, or business development, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong understanding of public sector operations, policies, and funding mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
