Job Summary

• As our Partnership Manager, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and sustainability within our organization and the agricultural community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement programs that leverage partnerships for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agricultural organizations, NGOs, and govern ment bodies.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the agriculture sector.
• Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships, ensuring alignment with mutual goals and fostering long-term collaboration.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners within the agricultural landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years) in partnership management, business development, or relationship management within the agriculture sector.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and stakeholder needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
