Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls and book appointments.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing office correspondence.
• Assist clients with inquiries and ensure a smooth salon experience.
• Support the beauty salon team as needed.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must be proficient in using office equipment and basic software applications.
• Candidates must be based in or live close to Maitama.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
