Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified Injection Maintenance Executive to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of injection molding machinery and related equipment.
  • The Injection Maintenance Executive will play a critical role in maximizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance strategies and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production impact.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and solve mechanical issues, ensuring optimal machine performance.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
  • Implement and promote safety practices in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • HND / Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically with injection molding machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as they relate to injection molding.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and using diagnostic tools to evaluate machine performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Available to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs when required.
