Job Title: Head, Learning and Development

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• He/She analyzes training needs, designs relevant programs, ensures engaging content, collaborates with experts, tracks progress, reviews data to measure impact, adjusts strategies, implements succession planning, ensures compliance, and integrates innovative training technologies for enhanced learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5-7 years Cognate Experience
• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient Knowledge of Instructional Design, training methodologies, and Adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems and E-Learning tools
• HR certification or L&D is a plus.

Salary
N7,000,000 annually.
