Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ working experience as a Generalist HR / Strategy experience and in Talent Management roles.
• Preferred Candidates should be from top 5 Nigerian Banks, International Organization with multi company presence.
• International Masters Degree (Preferable).
• Possession of CIPD / SPHR / GPHR.
