Job Title: HR Business Partner (Remote)

Job Summary
- Our client in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is seeking for an HR Business Partner to providing strategic HR support and guidance to the senior management, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives which support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with management to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to the Management to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Experience in a sales-focused environment is key.
