Job Title: On Call Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Facility Management:

• Response Time: Respond to a call as soon as is practicable and within half an hour.
• Emergency Response:Provide an out of hours managerial service, which is responsive to unexpected or unpredictable issues that may arise.

Client Development:

• Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships, such as offering additional services or addressing potential areas for improvement.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
