Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • The Front Desk/Administrative Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Customer Service:

  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about services, policies, and procedures.

Office Management:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other administrative staff to support office operations.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
