Job Summary

Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and hospitality industry.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
- Identify potential partners within the food and hospitality ecosystem, such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, food suppliers, and event venues.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create and launch initiatives that drive mutual value.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and foster partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment and discover new opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the food, hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the food and hospitality market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
