Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of sales and investment advisors, marketing experts, business development specialists, digital media professionals, and other key personnel.
- Set sales targets and work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed these targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business development initiatives and strategic partnership
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Utilize digital media platforms and strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences effectively.
- Ensure the overall growth and success of the business through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualifications and certifications in Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, investment advisory, capital market fund raising, and real estate investment industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
