Job Summary

• As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of our luxurious spa, managing the recruitment and development of high-caliber spa professionals, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment efforts to attract, select, and onboard highly skilled spa professionals, including therapists, aestheticians, front desk staff, and management personnel.
• Create and implement staff training and development programs to enhance service delivery and keep team members current with industry trends and best practices.
• Implement effective feedback systems that encourage continuous improvement and recognize outstanding performance.
• Lead all recruitment efforts to attract, select, and onboard highly skilled spa professionals, including therapists, aestheticians, front desk staff, and management personnel.

Requirements

• BSc in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR), is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality or spa/wellness industry.
• Experience in leading cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
