Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive B2B sales.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with product development.
  • Manage the company’s branding, advertising, and digital marketing efforts to increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, set performance metrics, and track progress against goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional events, and social media strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years in related role.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the IT/Tech sector.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
