The aim of establishing this facility is to bridge the gap between the formal public health services and the health needs of the people especially those in rural areas. We offer general health and medical services.

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Nurses, Physicians and other employees.
• Orientation for Employees.
• Benefits, Compensation, and Personnel Management.
• Counselling and Managing Claims.
• Monitoring Performance and Providing Training.
• Programs for Professional Development.
• Federal and State Regulations Instruction Safety.
• Sanitation in the Workplace.
• Administration of Labour Mediation - Employee Meetings.
• Employee Morale and Retention.
• Employee grieviance management.
• Conducting of employee off-boarding, etc.

Qualifications

• A BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management.
• A certification in HRM.
• At least 2years practice as HR Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, leadership, and teamworking skills.
