As a result of expansion of our business, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilites

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff schedulling and customer service.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they are knowledgable about product, policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of beverages and food are served at the bar.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and Federal Laws and regulations regarding alcohol services and sales.
• Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
