We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Agbara, Badagry, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist/Secretary to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
