DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Professional

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Conduct interviews, recruit excellent employees and maintain a smooth onboarding process.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses and benefits enrolment (e.g., health insurance (HMOs), pension schemes etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave and performance evaluations, KPIs, employee retention/turnover rate, absenteeism etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee work-related concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize relevant workshops or training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in a strategic role.
• Membership of an HR professional body will be an added advantage.
• Experience in general contract and aviation industry.
