Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Locations: Onitsha - Anambra, Asaba - Delta and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As our Customer Success Specialist, you will be critical in supporting and managing the users, drivers, and operators (transport companies and fleet owners) under your account.
  • You will ensure that they are maximizing the value of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned users and drivers, providing end-to-end support and resolving any queries, complaints, or feedback.
  • When necessary, escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Organize seminars, create community groups, and engage in promotional activities to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for building strong, active user communities.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure your assigned users are well taken care of.
  • Step in when customer service reps are unavailable or overloaded, ensuring no user is left unattended.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, texts, chats, and visits to ensure users are satisfied, resolve their issues, and encourage them to maximize their experience.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BSc in a related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or transportation industries.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, attend to user queries promptly and organize events as required.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly (plus commission).
