Job Summary

  • We seek dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives/ Managers to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of vaccines and concentrates, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in their assigned territories.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for vaccines and concentrates
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about products including benefits, usage, and pricing-
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years experience
  • Bachelor´s degree in business, Marketing, Health care or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and éxceed sales target
  • Experience selling vaccines and or concentrates
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Profifciencz in Microsoft office suite and CRM Software
  • valid driver´s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse client groups.

Salary

  • Negotiable with Commission.
