Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all financial reports are accurate and timely
• Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
• Inventory account and verification
• Create customer-wise profit and loss account
• Analyze data from the previous month's transaction to prepare for future ones.
• Make regular follow up with the customer care department to contact the retail client to ensure payment.
• Handle account inquiries from internal sources
• Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
• Create and validate purchase orders to be issued to vendors on request of the Project Management Department.

Qualifications and Skills

• HND or B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
• Fair knowledge of telecom technologies
• Proven experience as a junior accountant
• Willing to meet deadlines and has excellent organizing abilities.
• Good with numbers and figures and excellent acumen.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. e.g SAP
• Good vendor management skills
• Solid Comprehension of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with productivity tools including the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using accounting software such as Zoho, *Minimum of 0-1 year experience in Information Technology Company-
• Resourcefulness and result-oriented approach.

Salary
