Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Segment Manager - Radiotherapy Solutions at JNC International Limited.
• The Segment Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the radiotherapy segment, and provide strategic direction and oversight for our radiology sales initiatives.
• The Segment Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing strategies, ensure alignment with our business goals, and enhance our competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or Radiology.
• Experience in managing radiotherapy solutions and medical equipment
• Knowledge of project implementation, equipment selection, and upgrade paths
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Deep industry knowledge and experience in radiotherapy products and technologies
• A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
