We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • We are currently in need of an experienced recruiter on a contract basis for a ONE-month project.
  • This position offers the opportunity to directly impact the growth of the organization by identifying and attracting top talent.

Scope of Work

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist hiring managers in defining job requirements and key qualifications for each position.
  • Use various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the negotiation of offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • A relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within fast-paced industries
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple open roles, and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle a dynamic workload.
  • Knowledge of the local market and candidate pool is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
