Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

• The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for designing and maintaining sales reports, prepare sales forecast, Prepare and share weekly sales and stock report and coordinate the sales operations across the company locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sales forecasts, collate and analyse data to evaluate current sales goals
• Prepare and share weekly sales and stock report
• Manage, track and document all initiatives which serve as enablers to the sales team
• Research and evaluate current economic and market conditions that may affect the organisations ability to sell its products
• Project sales turnover and suggest how best targets can be achieved
• Manages incentive compensation plan. Ensures timely exchange of monthly data among business partners, calculate eligibility, review and distribute reports and payments, field inquiries from sales colleagues, and initiates data investigation and communicate resolution
• Maintain existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed. Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of decision-support tool
• Evaluate third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations functions as needed
• Assist in managing compliance program and sales operations help desk
• Develop and implement sales operations policies and procedures
• Work in store with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvements.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Manager/Operations Coordinator in retail businesses such as malls, supermarkets, restaurants, clothiers and other retail stores.
• Experience in a clothing business is an added advantage
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Excellent Problem Solving/Analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Project Management
• Excellent Decision Making.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
