Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Assist the branch manager in managing daily store operations, inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to ensure optimal performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with HR team in recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Ms Office Suite, excel etc.
